Portfolio: Varmlands Parkett Slipnings Service (SE)
Shortly after we redesigned their Dutch website (see Portfolio: Lensvelt Houten Vloeren), Sandra and Rudolf Lensvelt emigrated to Sweden. As soon as they were settled into their new surroundings, Sandra asked us to create a new website with the same look-and-feel as their Dutch site, only this time it had to be in Swedish.
Our first priority was to find a hosting company that spoke both Swedish and English, and then after Sandra had registered their website, we installed the content management system and database and replicated the design. Värmlands Parkett Slipnings Service is live. Read the rest of this entry »

Janet and Rob Cuthbertson own and run Leopard Walk Lodge, a bush lodge situated in a private wildlife reserve called Suni-Ridge. Lensvelt Houten Vloeren is a wood floor sanding company in the Netherlands. Sandra Lensvelt asked us to design the website based on the photograph of a whale skeleton in a museum where they’d sanded the floor. They also wanted a very clean design without any fuss. Read the rest of this entry »

Tom Juch runs mijnsandwich.nl, which offers lunches and refreshments to businesses in the area. Tom advised of his required colour scheme and sent us the famous lunch photograph to incorporate into his design. We created a skin for his webshop and he maintains all the products himself. Portfolio: Jawa Meubel (NL)
Jawa Meubel is a Dutch website that sells handcrafted Teak furniture. Husband-and-wife team, Astrid and Taufik personally select and import the pieces from Indonesia. Being a carpenter, Taufik ensures that the quality of each piece of furniture is up to standard. The carving detail on the old Teak is beautiful. Mobilia Review of Floorstyle.nl
A colleague alerted us to a review that had been written in a Dutch trade magazine called Mobilia Vloeren about our flooring website,
Floorstyle.nl. Our goal is to build user-friendly websites, but to hear this from an independent source … wow, that’s priceless.

Portfolio: Van der Kolk Hattem (NL)
Gert van der Kolk is a flooring installer based in Hattem, the Netherlands. He requested us to build him a website similar to our own flooring website, Floorstyle. His goal was to attract clients in the area and encourage them to visit his showroom.
During the web design consultation, he requested that the styling be based on his business colours, which are reflected on his van. So we took a couple of photographs, and used that to create the bold design in accordance with Gert’s wishes. Read the rest of this entry »

Portfolio: Keep It Simple Personalised Financial Services
In line with the business motto, the Keep it Simple Personalised Financial Services website (kispfs.co.za) was created in 2007 with a simple two pages as an online version of a visitor card.

Portfolio: Marvic.biz
Our business partnership, Marvic VOF, was registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (# 04065987) in 2001. Marcel worked as an independent “woningstoffeerder” (flooring installer) and Victoria does the bookkeeping, admin and occassionally assists Marcel with installing floors.
