Portfolio: Mijn Sandwich (NL)

Tom Juch runs mijnsandwich.nl, which offers lunches and refreshments to businesses in the area. Tom advised of his required colour scheme and sent us the famous lunch photograph to incorporate into his design. We created a skin for his webshop and he maintains all the products himself. Portfolio: Van der Kolk Hattem (NL)

Gert van der Kolk is a flooring installer based in Hattem, the Netherlands. He requested us to build him a website similar to our own flooring website, Floorstyle. His goal was to attract clients in the area and encourage them to visit his showroom.

During the web design consultation, he requested that the styling be based on his business colours, which are reflected on his van. So we took a couple of photographs, and used that to create the bold design in accordance with Gert’s wishes. Read the rest of this entry »

Portfolio: Suni-Ridge Org ZA

Janet Cuthbertson contacted us in March 2007 with a request to promote Leopard Walk Lodge, a private lodge that is situated within the Suni-Ridge Wildlife Reserve. Included in the request was a brief history of the work that they do concerning wildlife and environmental conservation, as well as with the local Zulu communities.

South Africa born and raised, I was so inspired by their work, that we offered to build a pro-bono website for the non-profit organisation. Read the rest of this entry »

In line with the business motto, the Keep it Simple Personalised Financial Services website (kispfs.co.za) was created in 2007 with a simple two pages as an online version of a visitor card.

Portfolio: Nico Bulder, wildlife oil painter

Past and Future Project

At the end of 2006, we created the current website for Nico Bulder, to show off his fabulous oil paintings. His website has proved to be very succesful, but as time and technology move on, we’ll also be moving this website over onto a CMS platform (content management system). Portfolio: Tours and Tales

The second website we registered and created! Tours and Tales originally began life hosted on marvic.biz, but for clarity and ease-of-use when handing out the URL, we chose to register it with its own domain name ;-)

Since 2003 this website has evolved quite dramatically with many different versions and just as many faces. It started off as static html pages that were enormously difficult to update and change and what we really needed was a content management system and a database.  Read the rest of this entry »
